LY-3010 Boride Rock Drilling Extreme Pressure Lubricant

The boride extreme pressure lubricant performs significantly in mineral oil-based drilling lubricants and ester-base systems. It forms an inorganic / organic / polymer multi-layer composite film adsorbed on metal and wall surfaces, converting metal-to-metal and metal-to-rock contact into friction between metal and composite film — reducing the friction resistance coefficient by more than 90%. After 16 h of high-temperature hot rolling, the friction coefficient changes very little, showing excellent thermal stability. Drilling cuttings roll into hard, easy-to-clean particles with good inhibition.
