The portable oil friction tester is used for testing the anti-friction and anti-wear performance of lubricating oils and additives. Under 220 V test conditions, ordinary oil locks the machine with 3–4 weights, while anti-friction oil allows more than 12 weights without locking — a dramatic, visual demonstration of lubricant quality. Standard packing includes the machine body, 12 weights, 2 iron oil cups, 2 oil stones, power cable, 30 steel balls, a spare abrasive wheel and a portable air case.
