Anti Friction Organic Fullerene Additive

A very yellow, high-transparent, fully oil-soluble liquid: the organic additive is a modification of C60 fullerenes. The modified fullerene produces polarity and binds with N-Mo to form organic fullerene that completely dissolves in lubricating oil. Its unique lubrication structure creates a chemical adsorption film, a special element penetration layer and a eutectic rolling lubrication layer — a multi-element lubrication mode that greatly improves extreme pressure and anti-wear performance. Four-ball machine friction coefficient is about 0.02 with wear spot diameter below 0.3 mm; oil temperature drops over 15 °C versus conventional organic molybdenum formulations.
